Interfaith Vigil for Trans Lives

We recognize that this Pride month especially, our community faces many risks, and it is our trans siblings, especially QTPOC and Black trans sisters, who are the most likely to be made ancestors before they are allowed to become elders. We set aside a moment to reflect on our to recognize our Transgender, Two-Spirit, and Gender Nonconforming ancestors - especially those taken from us too soon. Everyone is welcome to be held in music, prayer, and community as we affirm that, still here, we have power together. May our fallen comrades rest in peace and power.

Hosted by Malden Pride Coalition with support from:
First Parish in Malden Unitarian Universalist
First Lutheran Malden
Temple Tiferet Shalom
Good Shepherd United Methodist Malden
C D Collins, Malden Poet Laureate
Maddie Lam
Dr. MT Davila

The vigil will be livestreamed. Limited seating will be available.
